Please click the blue chat bubble in the bottom right corner to chat with the support team. They are available Monday to Friday, from 8:30am to 5:00pm (AEDT).

How do I tune into the live stream on the day?
Click the Watch Live button located in the top banner. You must be logged in to your registered account to access the Watch Live page.

 

How do I submit a question to a presenter during a session?
Questions for presenters on the day will be managed via Slido. Slido has been embedded to the right of the Live Stream window:

I can't remember my password
Click the 'Forgot Your Password?' button on the login page to be emailed with instructions on how to reset it, or click the blue chat bubble in the bottom right corner and we can reset it for you.

Will I need to download specific software or an App?
Google Chrome is the recommended browser. If you typically use another browser such as Microsoft Edge or Safari, we highly recommend that you download Google Chrome prior to the event.

What device should I use to watch?
We strongly advise that you participate via your desktop or laptop computer/mac that has good speakers.
Mobile devices are supported but the best experience will be through the desktop or laptop computer/mac.

Do I need a microphone or camera to participate?
No. Interaction is via the Slido question function.

How do I access a copy of the slides?
There are two ways you can view/download a copy of the slides:

1. Via the Program page. Click the presentation of your choice, then scroll down to the "Resources" section.
2. Via the Companies page. Click the company of your choice, then scroll down to the "Resources" section.

Where is the conference taking place?
At the ASX Auditorium which is located at 18 Bridge Street, Sydney.

What time should I arrive?
Doors will open at 8:30am on the 27th of March. Please ensure you see a member of staff to check in on the day.

How do I ask a question during a session?

What catering will be available?
There will be a light lunch and tea and coffee provided throughout the day, please ensure that if you have not already, you advise us of any dietary requirements via email, at ASXEvents@asx.com.au

If you are no longer able to attend this event in person, please advise ASX via ASXEvents@asx.com.au as numbers are limited.
